FAQ for Wholesale and OEM Buyers

Answers to the questions boutiques and brands ask us most. Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp +66 86 515 4004 or email sale@ktpkgarment.com.

What is your minimum order?

15 pieces per design for our existing styles, and 30 pieces for a completely new design. The 30 pieces can be split across colours or styles.

Do you make samples?

Yes. Every order starts with a sample so you can check fit, colour and quality. The sample and development fee is $100 per design, credited toward your bulk order. Developing a new sample takes 4 to 6 weeks.

How long does production take?

1 to 2 months from your approved sample. Our capacity is up to 10,000 pieces per month.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit starts production, and the remaining 50% is paid before shipping. We accept bank transfer and PayPal; transfer fees are paid by the sender.

Can you put my brand label on the clothes?

Yes. With made-to-order/ODM we sew your label into our existing styles, and with OEM we develop your own designs from scratch with your label. See how we work.

Which fabrics do you work with?

Rayon, cotton, organic cotton, linen, spandex and more. Tell us what you need and we'll advise on the best fabric for your design.

Will every piece look the same?

Our tie-dye is done by hand, so every piece is slightly unique; that is the nature of hand-dyeing. If you have specific colour or pattern preferences, tell us when you order and we'll follow them.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS, with tracking. DHL delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Are your dyes safe?

Yes. Our garments are tested and certified to ISO 14362-1:2017, free from harmful azo colourants, meeting EU and international safety standards.

Why don't you show prices on the website?

Price depends on design, fabric and quantity. Send us the styles you like and your quantities, and we'll reply with a quotation.

How do I start?

Message us with your design or the styles you like from our catalogue, plus your quantities. We'll discuss colours, fabrics and sizing, then make your sample.
