KTPK is a family-owned garment factory in Thailand, making clothing since 1988. We work with boutiques, fashion brands and designers worldwide who want hand-dyed and organic cotton clothing made the right way, at a workable scale.

What we make

Dresses, kaftans, kimonos, tops, skirts, pants, overalls, outerwear and accessories, in hand tie-dye, organic cotton, raw cotton and patchwork.

Fabrics we work with: rayon, cotton, organic cotton, linen, spandex and more.

Three ways to work with us

1. Wholesale

Order from our existing collection. Browse the catalogue, choose what your customers will love, and place your order.

2. Made-to-order / ODM

Choose from our existing styles and seasonal collections, and pick your colours, patterns and sizes. We produce them to your specification and can sew in your own label, so no design team is needed.

3. OEM / private label

We make your designs from scratch. You bring the design, fabric ideas and brand label; we bring 38 years of experience in hand-dyeing and garment-making. Your label is sewn into every piece.

What you need to know

  • Minimum order, existing designs: 15 pieces
  • Minimum order, new designs (OEM): 30 pieces, which can be split across colours or styles
  • Sample and development fee: $100 per design, credited toward your bulk order
  • Production lead time: 1 to 2 months from approved sample
  • Production capacity: up to 10,000 pieces per month
  • Shipping: worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS

How we work

  1. Contact us with your design or wholesale interest.
  2. We discuss colours, fabrics, sizing, quantity and pricing.
  3. We make a sample for $100. You keep it, and the cost is credited toward your bulk order.
  4. You approve the sample.
  5. We produce your bulk order in 1 to 2 months.
  6. We ship to you anywhere in the world.

Certifications

ISO 14362-1:2017: our garments are tested and certified free from harmful azo colourants, meeting EU and international safety standards.
